good with kids? loves children but doesn't understand their limits. she play's very hard. when she see's children she trembles with joy, and infants turn her to jelly. puppies too
was this dog rescued? Yes, she is a handful. Stone deaf and loves to chase aeroplanes, for example. But she exists in a state of perpetual, unbridled joy. This aspect is inspiring considering she spent at least two years in a local no-kill shelter. Being deaf (and of two very willful breeds), she has special needs. Apparently, none of a long string of potential adopters were up to the task. But I cannot imagine life without her. She is an inspiring presence and always game. She did require very focused attention in the beginning, but this is what you would expect from a being who had been caged half her life, even under the best conditions. She makes me look good too.
